As a Red Hot Camera franchisee you will provide high quality digital images, virtual tours, high resolution low level aerial photographs and interactive floor plans for practicing real estate agents. A point of differentiation for RHC will be the "one stop shop" aspect of service provision and the RHC website hosting of all commissions, the present marketplace is divided between those that shoot properties for sale and internet sites that host images.

What is my Investment?

Two options are available – the 'van franchise' entailing a Volkswagen Caddy equipped with the photographic pole or 'the scooter' franchise suitable for inner city areas.

Including all necessary equipment, the pneumatic 70'aerial pole system and sign written, new vehicle the van franchise costs £31,900 + VAT. Dependent upon your circumstances we may be able to offer an attractive financial package whereby this franchise may be commenced for an initial capital investment of £6,500.00 + VAT.

The fully equipped scooter franchise costs £15,000.00 + VAT, again depending on your circumstances, it may be possible to enter this franchise for as little as £6,500.00 + VAT.
