Kendlebell's new opportunity in Sales and Account Management

Kendlebell’s new franchise has been set up to give entrepreneurs with a passion for sales and account management an opportunity to use their skills to help grow the business.

Existing franchisees are currently responsible for all areas of the business – including running a team of PAs, managing client’s accounts and growing the business.

Now, Kendlebell has set up this second franchise opportunity working alongside existing franchisees. The new recruits will be expected to find new clients, maintain the relationship and retain them as their own customers. The actual telephone answering service will then be provided by one of Kendlebell’s network of PA teams.

Kendlebell Managing Director Simon Carter says: “The ideal full franchisee needs to be able to manage both these areas, but inevitably there are some people who only want to concentrate on sales and account management and don’t want to be involved in running an office.

“Our new franchise opportunity gives this kind of entrepreneur the chance to develop their own business and create their own ongoing revenue stream without needing to commit to setting up and running an office.”

Mr Carter believes the attraction of this kind of franchise is the relatively low upfront investment. At £9,999 (and just £4,999 for the first intake of franchisees) it is possible to set up quickly and run the business from home without the overheads of an office.

He says: “This two tier structure means there is now a quick and easy way to get into the business. Of course, in time, we’d expect some of these new franchisees to want to have their own PA teams, but only if they want to.

“Some people will prefer to carry on doing what they know they are good at and enjoy the most…handling customers.”
