Rapidly expanding outsourced call centre provider, New Opportunities, has announced the launch of its latest call centre. Headed up by Rob Hopson, New Opportunities Coventry will be helping businesses in the area to be more productive and profitable. New Opportunities provides a range of inbound and outbound call centre services for expanding and established businesses alike, covering a variety of industry sectors. Speaking of the announcement, Bradley Kellard, Operations Director, said: "This is great news for businesses in The New Opportunities ethos is to operate small, local call centres, for local businesses.
