Warrington, Cheshire, Following the successful completion of their residential training course, 7 new Lasertech franchisees started trading this month

Lasertech have launched 7 new franchisees this month following their successful completion of the initial residential training for new Lasertech franchisees held at the Forest Hills Hotel in Frodsham, Cheshire and Lasertech Corporate HQ in Warrington Cheshire. 

The 2 week long launch training course equips the franchisees with a broad base knowledge of how to run the business, products recognition, customer service and systems training. The training is deliberately very intensive and requires a lot of commitment.

The new franchisees included those that had purchased resale territories, they included; Southport, South Birmingham and Northampton with franchisees in the new territories of Luton, Milton Keynes, Portsmouth and West Dublin.

All the franchise territories were Lasertech’s original Management territory format and were all purchased prior to the introduction of the new entry level Lasertech Operator franchise.

Martin Power, who is now operating Lasertech West Dublin commented after the training “ The 2 week training course is very indepth and very intensive, I feel I have learnt so much during the 2 weeks and now I cannot wait to use my new found skills and knowledge in getting my business going and hopefully growing it quickly”

As part of their new recruitment strategy Lasertech are also targeting sales professionals who are already employed within the office products industry, they believe the Operator Franchise will be ideally suited to those professionals who want to generate the income for themselves rather than their current employer.  Lasertech believe the Operator franchise could be the ideal route for these people to get into self-employment and enjoy the work-life balance of a home based business.

Established in 1989 using a £1500 Princes Youth Business Trust Loan Lasertech today offers more than 30,000 printer consumables and offices products via 85+ franchisees and a mail order business.  Lasertech operate a unique printer cartridge recycling scheme that allows customers to earn credit for empty cartridges and also provide the option to donate to charity.  Lasertech have recently expanded into Ireland and Spain and are now looking for additional franchisees and master franchisees across Europe.
