Lasertech have launched 7 new franchisees this month following their successful completion of the initial residential training for new Lasertech franchisees held at the Forest Hills Hotel in Frodsham, The 2 week long launch training course equips the franchisees with a broad base knowledge of how to run the business, products recognition, customer service and systems training. The training is deliberately very intensive and requires a lot of commitment. The new franchisees included those that had purchased resale territories, they included; Southport, South Birmingham and All the franchise territories were Lasertech’s original Management territory format and were all purchased prior to the introduction of the new entry level Lasertech Operator franchise. Martin Power, who is now operating Lasertech West Dublin commented after the training “ The 2 week training course is very indepth and very intensive, I feel I have learnt so much during the 2 weeks and now I cannot wait to use my new found skills and knowledge in getting my business going and hopefully growing it quickly” Martin Hawthorne, Lasertech Franchise Recruitment Manger said “its great to see so many new faces all raring to go and get on patch and start trading. This course has taken Lasertech to over 90 franchise territories operating and puts us on course to get to 100 before the end of the year. With one course left to run in December I am sure that we can find the same high caliber of individuals who were on this course” As part of their new recruitment strategy Lasertech are also targeting sales professionals who are already employed within the office products industry, they believe the Operator Franchise will be ideally suited to those professionals who want to generate the income for themselves rather than their current employer.
